Responsibilities

  • Translate organizational objectives into actions and drive these by developing and maintaining an engaged team.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, invoices and payments while working closely with other Center of Excellence teams performing Payments, and Invoice processing for Supply Chain Management (SCM) product and Sales & General Admin (SG&A) cost types.
  • Ensuing no service disruption due to delay in payments to vendors and deliver on Payment on time target.
  • Drive and imbed culture of operational process excellence and improve productivity through waste elimination, standardisation and automation.
  • Manage relationships with key external suppliers and contribute to efficient onboarding and invoicing compliance.
  • Resolve disputes and issues with vendors promptly and efficiently while working closely with Product operational teams and Procurement.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with Procurement, operations and other upstream departments to ensure smooth P2P process.
  • Work closely with other Finance functional leads in Order to Cash (OTC), Accounting to Reporting (ATR) and remove balance sheet exposures arising due to Accounts Paayables.
  • Drive transformational Projects such as ERP/ platform implementation and system improvements.
  • Own all PTP deliverables, KPIs for the region and deliver outcomes by collaborating with various PTP COEs and upstream functions.
  • Manage forecasting, optimizing pay terms, payment cycles and reviewing cash OUT-flow, while monitoring impact on net Working Capital.
  • -Perform and review internal controls and closing of all open observations from both internal and external audits.
  • Key skills and competencies required:
  • Masters' degree in finance or similar
  • Minimum 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance
  • Non-negotiable finance knowledge; Procure to Pay, Order To cash, Financial closing, Cash flow and working capital management; Financial Controllership;
  • -ERP Implementation and Project Management skills.
  • -Process Excellence, Problem solving and Productivity improvement mindset.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross functionally and in a matrix organization.
  • Result driven, strong logical & analytical capacity
  • Well organized with high attention to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong integrity
  • Able to lead people successfully through transformation within the organization and to embed new ways of working
