As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into insights that drive strategic sourcing decisions, strengthen vendor performance, and improve the Procure-to-Pay process. You will build and maintain reporting that powers QBRs, monthly executive updates, and operational KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and visibility across the business. You'll partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Sourcing, and cross-functional stakeholders to support vendor management activities, provide analytical insights, and help create a seamless procurement experience for all Unity employees. Reporting to the Manager of Procurement Operations, your mission is to deliver clear, reliable procurement intelligence that informs decision-making and supports a world-class procurement function. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to support sourcing decisions, QBRs, and monthly metrics.
- Analyze supplier performance and support vendor management activities and improvement plans.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of procurement data across enterprise systems, including supplier, contract, and purchase order information.
- Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, EazyBI, Looker, or similar).
- Participate in special projects, analyses, and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements

- Familiarity with P2P tools and basic accounting principles
- Technically savvy and capable of learning new technologies
- Experience with new technologies (AI)

- Previous experience as a buyer or other purchasing specialist (Facilities, HR, and Professional Services)
- Detailed understanding of end-to-end Procurement transactions in a large, global technology company
- Experience with procurement approval workflows, purchasing policy compliance, and contract review processes
