About the role

Loading Civil and Military, New Business and Spares Orders within Ontic's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and wider business systems. Ensuring that information provided by Customers is accurately captured within the respective Purchase Order. Validating the accuracy and integrity of Customer provided documentation, including Purchase Order and Customer specific requirements that may be required. Work with both Customer Account Managers and Customer Programme Managers to resolve information omissions. Administering a variety of Customer Portals to extract and upload requisite information. Responsible for working across functions to complete and close out Contract Reviews, escalating delays in the progression of Contract Reviews Responsible for supporting the invoicing function within Ontic. Reconciling exports against Customer Orders and the issuance of invoices.
