  • 8+ years of project management or related experience

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Strategy and Continuous Improvement function, reporting to the Director - Strategy & Continuous Improvement. This is a high-impact role responsible for scoping, planning and delivering multiple strategic projects aligned with Lineage's business priorities across our Australian operations. You will work cross‑functionally with leaders across Operations, HR, Corporate teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget and with sustainable outcomes. Safety leadership and a strong continuous improvement mindset are critical to success in this role.
