  • Trusted Financial Advisor: Act as a key finance business partner and trusted advisor to our exciting New Ventures (e.g., Solar business initiatives) and Corporate Support divisions. Provide invaluable financial insights, expert advice, and guidance on reporting, forecasting, and budgeting matters.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders and departmental heads. Ensure financial information is not only understood but effectively leveraged to support strategic decision-making, drive operational improvements, and foster sustainable growth.
  • FP&A Operational Excellence: Provide essential operational support for various FP&A activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest professional standards, thereby contributing to the overall effectiveness of the finance function.
  • Job Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience & Education
  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Finance Performance & Analysis, Management Reporting, FP&A, or a related financial role, preferably within a large, dynamic organisation.
  • Academic Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Skills & Abilities
  • Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions. A strong team player.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel for complex data manipulation, analysis, and dashboard creation.
  • Attention to Detail: Unwavering commitment to accuracy and detail, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively and consistently meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
