As an IT & Facilities Executive, you will play a key role in keeping our clinics running smoothly by supporting technology, facilities and infrastructure across our network of clinics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working hands-on and taking ownership to get things done. Job Responsibilities Support Clinic Technology * Provide first-line support for computers, printers, scanners, networking equipment and other clinic technology. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues both remotely and on-site. * Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and operational systems. * Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical issues. * Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records. * Support cybersecurity, access management and backup processes. Maintain Clinic Facilities and Infrastructure * Coordinate repairs, maintenance and infrastructure works across multiple clinic locations. * Conduct site inspections and identify issues requiring attention. * Liaise with landlords, contractors, MCSTs, Town Councils and service providers. * Coordinate works relating to air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, signage, furniture and other clinic infrastructure. * Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of works. * Support new clinic setups, renovations, relocations and improvement projects. Manage Vendors and Service Providers * Coordinate and monitor vendors providing IT, telecommunications, maintenance and facility services. * Source quotations and support procurement activities. * Track work progress and ensure service standards are met. * Maintain vendor documentation and service records. Support Operational Excellence * Respond promptly to operational issues that may affect clinic operations. * Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency and service delivery. * Maintain proper documentation and records. * Assist with projects and initiatives that support the organisation's operational needs.
