IT Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure operational efficiency
• Administer servers by installing, configuring, backing up, recovering, securing, and performing periodic maintenance to maintain system reliability
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and secure network infrastructure to optimize performance and prevent disruptions
• Monitor and maintain email hosting server operations including email maintenance and housekeeping to ensure uninterrupted communication
• Set up user accounts, permissions, passwords, and internet access to maintain secure and appropriate user access
• Evaluate, propose, and implement hardware or software upgrades and improvements to enhance IT capabilities
• Plan and implement future IT developments and lead project work to support organizational growth and technology advancement
• Provide training and technical support to users with varying IT knowledge to improve user competence and system utilization
• Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure accurate records of IT configurations and procedures
• Maintain records of IT resource utilization to support asset management and planning
• Ensure all software products are correctly licensed to comply with legal and organizational standards
• Maintain website content for group companies to ensure up-to-date and accurate online presence
• Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as assigned to support business needs
• Required competencies and certifications
• Diploma in Computer Study / Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related IT field
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• High level of integrity and results orientation to drive effective IT operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to manage IT responsibilities autonomously
• Passion for technology and software development, leveraging the latest technologies to innovate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support users at all organizational levels
