Sr Community Manager - Stumble Guys!

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the community strategy for Stumble Guys, driving measurable growth and engagement across Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms
• Lead the seasonal community calendar, delivering high-impact activations aligned with LiveOps and key game beats
• Create and execute engagement-driving initiatives (events, challenges, UGC, creator collaborations) that increase participation and community loyalty
• Actively engage with players on a daily basis, building authentic relationships and fostering a vibrant, positive community environment
• Elevate the quality of conversations through strong moderation and community standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming space
• Manage and collaborate with external partners and agencies, ensuring best-in-class execution and consistent community voice
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, LiveOps, and Creative to deliver integrated, player-first campaigns
• Define, track, and report on community performance metrics, translating data into clear actions and measurable impact
• Proactively identify and launch innovative, high-impact initiatives, including cross-collaborations with creators, brands, and internal teams
• Stay ahead of community, gaming, and platform trends, continuously evolving the strategy to keep Stumble Guys culturally relevant

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles (gaming or entertainment preferred)
• Proven experience managing Discord and Reddit communities at scale
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Twitch, and creator ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
• Experience working with external partners or agencies, with a focus on execution and delivery
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and reporting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for gaming and building engaging player communities

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Community Manager to support and evolve our global Stumble Guys team in Barcelona on a Hybrid basis ! This role is at the heart of how we connect with our players. You will own and evolve our community strategy, with a strong focus on Discord and Reddit, while expanding our presence across YouTube, Twitch, and emerging platforms. You will combine strategy with hands-on execution-actively engaging with players, shaping conversations, and delivering high-impact activations that support our seasonal content and LiveOps roadmap. This is a highly cross-functional and data-driven role, where you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build a vibrant, engaged, and loyal global community.
