Partner with the best Focused on delivering for our Customers and creating sustainable value for Baker Hughes, the Subsea Intervention & SVC Strategic Initiatives Commercial & Tendering manager will be responsible for leading the execution of strategic tendering of our LWI, Subsea Well Access products and Subsea Services Strategic Initiatives. Driving commercial activity through early engagement and tendering activities, creating innovative solutions that build value for our Customers. As a Strategic Initiatives Tender Manager, you will be responsible for : Partnering with Regional Sales Leaders and Global Technical Sales Leader to deliver competitive tenders to Baker Hughes subsea services customers mainly in the well intervention and strategic initiative space driving profitable growth within the segment. Delivering key Light Well Intervention, Fluid Intervention & Strategic Initiatives deals from early engagement through to award, developing service solutions which leverage a wide range of Baker Hughes product lines and work with our vessel partners to provide innovative commercial solutions for our Customers. Additionally leading of types of Subsea WellAccess Open Water Intervention tendering solutions as a commercial tender manager working with cross functional teams across Baker Hughes driving strategy to create successful proposals. Leading other strategic Services tenders when required including; Installation & Commissioning, Large scale Life of Field, Plug & Abandonment, Terminator and Decommissioning scopes. Leading commercialization & tendering efforts for decommissioning activities and services, work to scale globally as applicable. Understanding Customer drivers and tender requirements and translating these into actionable and winning opportunity strategies. Ensuring Deal risk and governance adherence (DOA and Risk Matrix, HQ and Regional Deal Reviews, Deal machine etc.) Responsible for detailed proposal preparation, cost model creation, development program management, product and services pricing and support contract redlining and negotiations. Supporting successful projects into execution providing commercial support and variation management to maximize project potentials. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Business or other technical or business-related field or proven experience in Commercial operations. Have Strong prior experience in the O&G/Subsea industry with preference towards tendering/commercial/contract management experience in the Aftermarket/Services areas. Specific experience in Tendering, contract formation and administration. Strong business acumen and demonstrable track record in developing tender strategies. Ability to mobilize, influence and lead cross functional teams to execute a complex pursuit strategy. Strong knowledge and experience in cost estimating, budgeting and pricing. Knowledge of legal aspects of the Aftermarket/Services business.
