Additional Information
Clyde & Co seeks an enthusiastic attorney with 5-6+ years of experience to join our New York office. The team's practice is split between defense and coverage litigation in the marine, energy, renewable energy, and transportation sectors. Typical matters include personal injury onboard vessels and energy projects, damage or loss of cargo during water or land transit, motor carrier and broker liability, and property damage and business interruption losses. The team litigates matters at the trial and appellate levels in both U.S. State and Federal courts, representing U.S. and foreign insurer and non-insurer clients. Although the team is based in New York, they work on cases throughout the United States, with a particular focus in the Gulf Coast region where they are looking to expand their practice. A Gulf Coast connection is not required but would be beneficial.
