Job Summary The Director of PMO is responsible for establishing and leading the Project Management Office to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, implementing project management frameworks, and overseeing the project portfolio. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in project management. Additionally, the Director manages the project management team, ensures compliance with standards, and provides strategic insights to the executive team for decision-making. Role Description Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. Monitor and report on project performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve project delivery and outcomes.
