About the role

As a Senior Technologies Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and networks. You will oversee the design and implementation of hardware and software systems, ensure network security, and participate in daily IT operations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and processes to ensure network and system security and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technology solutions to improve business operations.
  • Monitor and manage network and system performance to ensure uptime and availability.
  • Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against cybersecurity threats.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate enterprise file management systems with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize enterprise technology systems and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze logs to identify and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, security, and user access.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop integration strategies that meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure that system integrations comply with industry standards and best practices, including data security and privacy requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to technology systems, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Design and implement automation solutions, including RPA workflows, to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency (e.g., automating system updates, software deployments, and routine maintenance tasks).
  • Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the technology environment to ensure solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Provide regular reports to management on IT projects, system performance, automation outcomes, and network security.
  • Employment Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years of experience ; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology systems and platforms
  • Experience with .NET, C#, APIs, and software/web development; experience with additional programming langua
