You Will Be: Contributing to a positive culture of teamwork, flexibility, learning and development. Managing workloads to provide good service in a busy environment. Driving performance with ability to work closely with leaders(s) and team(s). Supporting our strategy and values within the team. Finding solutions to difficult and challenging situations. Ability to review our systems and processes, finding better more effective. ways.to do business, while keeping the customer focus. Adhering to all service and reporting timelines agreed for our business. Handling claims including appointing investigators and expert witnesses. Working closely with brokers and AIG policyholders on the resolution of claims and provide a high level of customer service, including client review meetings. Reserving accurately in line with AIG's claims reserving philosophy. Communicating with internal AIG stakeholders where required. Timely, accurate and customer focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense.

Claims Division Our Claims Adjusters handle portfolios of complex claims from coverage enquiry through legal liability assessment (where relevant) and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution. Our adjusters ensure mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure while communicating developments and outcomes as necessary to all key internal and external stakeholders, while providing a high standard of customer service and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
