Responsibilities

  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and succession planning.
  • Performance Management & Training
  • Oversee and manage the LSS performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Assess training needs and implement structured training programs.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee growth, learning, and career progression.
  • Compliance & HR Metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all aspects of human resource management, including right-to-work checks, health & safety policies, and GDPR regulations .
  • Track, analyse, and report HR metrics to management to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Manage HR systems and databases to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Organizational Development & Workforce Planning
  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct high-level management exercises to assess the effectiveness of policies and processes, ensuring business continuity.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to align with industry standards.
  • Requirements & Skills
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Administrator, or similar role .
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance standards in the UK.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management .
  • Ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, databases, and reporting tools .
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
