Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Front-of-House
- Welcome walk-in clients warmly and professionally, in line with the premium brand standards of Shugar Prestige
- Introduce available services, packages, and ongoing promotions with confidence and clear product knowledge

- Appointment & System Administration
- Use BeauteSoft or WESS salon management systems to handle appointment scheduling, client records, billing, and package tracking
- Coordinate closely with the therapist team to optimise booking flow, minimise waiting time, and support seamless daily operations
- Ensure client profiles, service histories, and membership records are accurate and kept up to date
- Admin & Operational Support
- Prepare daily operational summaries, including appointment volume, sales records, and payment reconciliation
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, front desk inventory checks, and updating operational documents
- Work closely with the salon manager to highlight operational issues and maintain service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality industry
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience with BeauteSoft or WESS is highly preferred
- Comfortable handling a high volume of enquiries across social media and messaging platforms, including Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, and WhatsApp
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to serve both English- and Chinese-speaking clients
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented, with the confidence to represent a premium brand in an Orchard Road setting
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- (rest days will be scheduled on weekdays)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to remain calm under pressure while managing both front desk and digital enquiries
