- Act as the hotel's spokesperson during crises, manage communication strategies, and provide media training to staff.
- Champion partnerships and promote social and environmental initiatives to enhance the hotel's community profile.
- Digital Marketing
- Work closely with the Global Digital Team to create and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEM, PPC, and online advertising, to drive brand.com bookings.
- Oversee electronic distribution strategies, manage listings on OTA platforms and local directories, and optimise online revenue.
- With the support of the Global Digital Team, monitor and analyse digital campaigns and website performance.
- Manage local online presence across all relevant platforms.
- Work closely with sales, revenue management, and external agencies to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
- Content Marketing
- Oversee the production and distribution of high-quality content, including website copy, social media content and marketing collateral.
- Develop content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging across all channels, promoting a unified brand presence.
- Initiate and supervise photography and videography for advertising, PR, and digital content, maintaining a comprehensive media library.
- Influencer Marketing
- Develop and manage influencer marketing programs to boost brand awareness and drive bookings through authentic, trusted voices.
- Identify, select, and collaborate with influencers whose values align with the hotel's brand and target audience.
- Provide clear creative briefs and outline content usage rights for influencer partnerships.
