Role and Responsibilities As an intern, you will contribute to improving the security of our digital customer journeys, with a focus on the login process and related authentication mechanisms. You'll work alongside engineers and security specialists to explore, design, and prototype enhancements to existing solutions. Your assignment will involve analysing current flows, identifying opportunities to strengthen security measures, and validating potential improvements. While details will remain abstract at a high level, your work will have real relevance within a highly controlled and professional environment. The team Within ING Netherlands, the Fraud department plays a key role in protecting our customers and the bank against evolving threats. We focus on ensuring that digital interactions are secure, reliable, and user-friendly. Our team works on critical capabilities around authentication and customer consent-core elements of a safe banking experience.
