About Hazza Network p>Hazza Network is a global unified payment network designed to enable seamless cryptocurrency payments across the world s existing payment infrastructure - merchants, payment service providers, acquirers, issuers, and alternative payment methods. Built on top of proven enterprise payment technology, Hazza is the connective layer between the traditional payments world and crypto. The Stablecoin Systems Operator runs the on-chain and operational machinery that makes the network actually settle. When a transaction moves value across Hazza, this is the person who made sure it could. /p>About the Role p>You will own the day-to-day operations of Hazza s stablecoin and on-chain settlement systems across multiple chains, custody providers, and issuer integrations. The job is to make sure money moves correctly, on time, and with a clean audit trail - every single transaction. /p> p>In practice that means executing and monitoring mint/burn flows with stablecoin issuers, running reconciliation between on-chain state and our internal ledgers, operating the network s wallet infrastructure (multi-sig, MPC), responding to incidents, and tightening operational runbooks as the network scales. You ll work alongside engineering, treasury, compliance, and external partners - issuers, custodians, sponsor banks. /p> p>This is not a research or trading role. It s an operations role for someone who treats production money flows the way an SRE treats production systems. With stablecoins, a typo is money - we hire people who internalize that. /p>Key Responsibilities ul> li>Execute and monitor daily stablecoin flows on the network: mint/burn coordination with issuers, on-chain settlement, transaction broadcasting, gas management /li> li>Run reconciliation between on-chain state, custody systems, and off-chain ledgers; investigate and resolve breaks /li> li>Operate the network s wallet infrastructure across multi-sig and MPC providers (Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Safe, Anchorage, or similar) /li> li>Build and maintain operational runbooks, signing policies, and approval workflows /li> li>Lead the on-call rotation for stablecoin operations; own incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems /li> li>Monitor multi-chain deployments (Ethereum, Solana, Tron, L2s) for transaction failures, anomalies, and counterparty issues /li> li>Coordinate with compliance on Travel Rule, OFAC screening, and transaction monitoring at the operational layer /li> li>Work with engineering on tooling improvements: dashboards, alerting, automation of recurring ops tasks /li> li>Serve as the operational point of contact for stablecoin issuers, custodians, and key infrastructure partners /li> /ul>What We re Looking For p> strong>Must have /strong> /p> ul> li>5+ years in operations, treasury operations, or production engineering - at least 3 of those in a crypto, stablecoin, or digital asset context /li> li>Hands-on experience operating stablecoin flows in production: mint/burn coordination, on-chain settlement, reserve reconciliation /li> li>Deep working knowledge of at least one institutional custody platform (Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Anchorage, Safe) including signing policies, transaction approval flows, and key management /li> li>Direct operational experience on Ethereum and at least one of Solana, Tron, Base, Arbitrum, or Optimism /li> li>Strong understanding of stablecoin mechanics - USDC, USDT, PYUSD - and how mint/burn, attestations, and reserve flows actually work /li> li>Familiarity with the post-GENIUS Act US regulatory landscape for payment stablecoins, including FinCEN MSB obligations, OFAC screening, and the Travel Rule /li> li>Comfort with on-call rotations and incident response on production systems where money is at stake /li> li>US citizen or permanent resident with full work authorization - no sponsorship offered, now or in the future /li> li>Fluent professional English /li> /ul> p> strong>Personal qualities that matter to us /strong> /p> ul> li>Discretion. We need someone who treats access, key material, and partner data with the seriousness they deserve. /li> li>Calm under pressure. When a chain reorg, a stuck transaction, or a partner outage happens at 2 AM, we need someone who runs toward the problem methodically rather than panicking. /li> li>Long-term operator mindset. Operations is a discipline that compounds. We re building a system that will run for a decade, not patching things until the next funding round. /li> li>Bias toward documentation. If it s not in a runbook, it didn t happen.
