Provide effective operation to ensure the TN & bulk gas station is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees. 确保工厂安全、有效地运行，同时符合合同要求和生产要求 2. Perform routine operation and field activities according to operating procedures and shift instructions. 按照操作规程和班组安排，执行日常生产操作和现场巡检 3. Monitor process parameters, equipment status, and product quality, and report abnormalities in a timely manner. 监控工艺参数、设备运行状态及产品质量，发现异常及时汇报 4. Assist the Cluster Manager in shift-level production coordination and daily operation activities. 协助区域经理开展当班生产协调和日常运行工作 5. Execute safety work permits, shift handover, and routine safety inspections within the shift. 执行当班的安全作业票证、交接班和日常安全检查 6. Support troubleshooting activities and follow instructions during upsets and incidents. 在工况波动或事故处理中，按照要求配合故障排查和处置 7. Strictly comply with EH&S requirements, operating procedures, and site rules. 严格遵守 EHS 要求 、操作规程及现场管理规定 8. Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC's, and OPHR's requirements. 确保遵循工艺安全、MOC和OPHR的要求 9. Support plant reliability by maintaining plant equipment and assisting in planned plant shutdown scheduling to avoid business interruption and meet production demands. 通过设备保养支持维护工厂可靠性以满足销售需求，并做好停车计划以避免业务中断 10. Report shift production progress and status. Report near miss / incident occurred within the shift. 报告当班生产进展和状态，报告当班的未遂事件和发生的意外事件 11. Conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs. 需要时与相关人员一同进行 /参与故障排除根本原因分析 12. Response promptly to quality and process alerts. actively support upset handling to minimize the quality impact(no shortage on quality), and proactively identify, analyze and resolve potential quality problems. 对质量和过程报警信号做出快速反应；积极处理意外事故以尽量减少对质量产生影响（无任何质量缺陷）；积极主动地寻找潜在的质量问题，分析问题并找出解决方案 13. Optimize the use of shift resources to achieve shift production performance in safety, quality and capacity in line with plant objectives. 合理运用轮班资源，以便在达到工厂目标的同时实现生产安全、生产质量和生产能力方面的轮班生产绩效 14. Actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI Project). 积极参与过程 /生产率的改进活动（CI项目）。 15. Support build and maintain good relationship with all customers, and ensure effective communication to facilitate cooperation. 协助与客户建立并维持良好的关系，保持与客户之间的良好交流以确保紧密合作 16. Ensure the implementation of production and safety procedures within the shift. 确保执行轮班生产和安全程序。 17.
