Responsibilities

  • Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical delivery, or systems integration, with significant exposure to the telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering large-scale, multi-stream technology implementations in a consulting or systems integrator environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of telco operational domains, such as OSS/BSS, network service management, order management, or customer care platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional delivery teams without direct line authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging directly with client executives and technical leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the judgment to make sound architectural trade-offs under real-world constraints.
  • Experience working within structured delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional waterfall) on enterprise-scale programs.

Requirements

  • Prior experience delivering solutions on platforms commonly used in telco environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise platforms).
  • Relevant industry or platform certifications (e.g., TM Forum, architecture certifications, or platform-specific credentials).
  • Experience supporting telco mergers, divestitures, or large-scale platform migrations.
  • Familiarity with telco regulatory and compliance considerations.
