Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of End User Services to define and execute workplace technology strategies aligned with regional and global standards.
- Own the end-to-end EUS planning lifecycle, including demand management, budgeting, service roadmap development, portfolio governance, and resource planning.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT EUS team, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.

- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure service effectiveness, business value, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the stability, security, and compliance of end-user services in accordance with IT governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption and support business growth across APAC.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, End User Services, or Workplace Technology within a multinational environment, preferably in financial services.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and regional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, remote access solutions, and endpoint security.
- Experience leading large-scale IT projects, service improvements, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSM, or relevant Microsoft certifications will be an advantage.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
