Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of End User Services to define and execute workplace technology strategies aligned with regional and global standards.
  • Own the end-to-end EUS planning lifecycle, including demand management, budgeting, service roadmap development, portfolio governance, and resource planning.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT EUS team, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Lead major workplace technology initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring effective governance, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization.

  • Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders, including close collaboration with Head Office to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure service effectiveness, business value, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and compliance of end-user services in accordance with IT governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption and support business growth across APAC.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, End User Services, or Workplace Technology within a multinational environment, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, remote access solutions, and endpoint security.
  • Experience leading large-scale IT projects, service improvements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSM, or relevant Microsoft certifications will be an advantage.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
