Senior Product Designer

About the role

99x Brazil is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our client's innovative and dynamic team. As a leading software development company, we focus on delivering high-quality, scalable tech solutions for clients across North America and Europe. In this role, you will help the team organize the product line, design the user experience, and proactively label data accurately, question previous design choices, among other responsibilities. Your expertise in design thinking, user interface design, and user experience will play a pivotal role in shaping the products they develop. You will collaborate closely with C-level, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our users. What You'll Own Product Design & Systems Thinking Design, validate, and iterate on user interfaces for web, mobile, and email using Figma Lead complex workflow modeling across multi-role, multi-data systems Create and maintain Enertiv's design system, ensuring consistency across all surfaces Write clear, unambiguous design requirements-including flows, logic, states, and edge cases Research, Analytics & Data-Informed Design Use analytics tools (Mixpanel, Gong) to investigate user behavior and inform decisions Conduct research via user interviews, call recordings, and internal conversations Use AI tools daily to compress design cycles - synthesize Gong/Chorus call recordings into user insights, generate and iterate on design specs, and reduce time-to-prototype using tools like Figma AI, Claude, and LLM-assisted workflows Complete a design audit during onboarding, identifying opportunities for improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ownership Collaborate with Engineering, Product, CS, and Sales stakeholders Take ownership of outcomes, not just design artifacts Collaborate with Engineering, Product, CS, and Sales stakeholders on requirements and priorities Take full ownership of outcomes, not just design artifacts AI-Accelerated Workflows Synthesize Gong call recordings and support tickets into actionable design opportunities Use AI tools (Figma AI, Claude, LLM workflows) to accelerate design specs, prototype faster, and reduce cycle time Bring AI into the design process proactively, not superficially - demonstrating clear time savings and quality improvements Build and document a repeatable AI-augmented design workflow for specs, research synthesis, and iteration Performance Expectations Delivery Interfaces are clear, complete, and implementable without clarification from engineers Measurable improvement in user task success and feature adoption Velocity & Autonomy Design specs ready for engineering within 1 sprint of feature kickoff Makes autonomous design decisions without waiting for PM direction Collaboration & Communication Engineering handoffs are clear and complete, reducing back-and-forth questions to near zero Platform & Mission Fit Design system is adopted and maintained across the product suite Shows genuine interest in sustainability, decarbonization, and Enertiv's mission What Success Looks Like Users gain clarity navigating complex operational data and workflows Engineering moves faster with fewer design questions and handoffs are frictionless Product outcomes demonstrate measurable impact and improved user engagement Design system is adopted consistently and reduces rework across the platform Advanced English Skills 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or data-heavy software environments Experience as a solo or primary designer owning design across an entire product or platform Expert-level Figma skills including component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping Strong UX systems thinking - able to model complex workflows with logic, states, and dependencies Proven ability to synthesize customer research, analytics, and qualitative signals into product decisions Ability to write clear, implementation-ready specifications for engineers Experience using AI tools as a daily workflow accelerator (Figma AI, Claude, Gong synthesis, LLM-assisted design) Data-driven decision-making; comfortable with funnels, dashboards, and KPIs (Mixpanel, Amplitude) Your pick when it comes to employment models: CLT/PJ/Cooperativa; We provide the necessary resources for you to grow and learn on the job, including online courses, mentoring, the latest-gen laptops, and great ultra-wide, IPS panel monitors; A fully remote work environment with flexible working hours; Bonus for any referrals that we end up hiring;
