Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Branch Manager and Sales team to understand order priorities and communicate updates effectively.
• Lead and manage 2 x Warehouse Operatives and 3 x Delivery Drivers
• Route plan daily deliveries to ensure efficient and timely service via our PODFather system
• Monitor the teams daily activity and Check in regularly with them, providing support where needed
• Help maintain & improve warehouse and delivery operation Health & Safety standards
• Ensure a high level of service and on-time delivery performance

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a small team
• Good organisational and route planning ability
• Experience working in warehouse and delivery operations
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to on-time delivery
• Hands-on management style, willing to support the team as needed
• Good communication skills to coordinate with warehouse operatives and delivery staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• A proactive, supportive, and team-oriented attitude
