- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Flexibility to work a 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
