About the Socially Responsible Purchasing (SRP) Program: The Amazon Business (AB) Socially Responsible Purchasing (SRP) program empowers organizations to meet their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals through five pillars: small, local, diverse, sustainable, and standards. Customers direct AB spend to qualified sellers through Guided Buying (GB) policies, search and navigation integration, and analytics, supported by a seller certification program that validates SRP qualifications through third-party partnerships and AI/ML processes. SRP is one of AB's fastest-growing programs, scaling rapidly across international markets. Requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Amazon Business (AB) seeks a finance lead to drive WW Socially Responsible Purchasing (SRP) strategic initiatives. The role will serve as the strategic finance partner working with Business Developers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to build financial frameworks that measure how SRP drives customer value and revenue growth. You will develop self-service tools that streamline decision-making, and leverage AI to generate insights at scale and translate findings into actionable recommendations. This is a high-visibility role where your analysis will directly shape the trajectory of the program.
