Responsibilities

  • You will lead a team that is a key enabler for efficient and reliable supply chain execution. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Define and lead the Supply Chain CoE strategy, roadmap, and governance model aligned with enterprise supply chain priorities.
  • Establish the CoE as the single source of truth for supply chain performance, analytics, and best practices.

  • What you bring
  • You have a proven track-record in managing supply chain operations and/or center of excellence functions in an industrial company. You have strong functional knowledge, as well as the leadership skills to drive high performing teams. To succeed in this role you have:
  • Master's Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, order execution or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical skills and structured working style
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • High sense of urgency and accountability

The role will serve as the custodian of supply chain analytics, process excellence, Systems & tool deployment, training frameworks , master data management and process governance, enabling operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence across Global Proposals & Order Execution, procurement, logistics, and warehousing functions.
