ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: A fast-paced, creative team at the center of how TelevisaUnivision shows up to the world. Integrated Communications connects brand, strategy, and storytelling to amplify the company's most important initiatives - from executive visibility and corporate campaigns to performance reporting that informs what we do next. As the Digital Designer, you will support design and motion graphics across our corporate social channels, the corporate site, executive presentations, and campaign reporting. You'll help bring key initiatives to life visually, communicate performance with clarity, and ensure a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint. You'll partner closely with Strategy, Creative, and Digital leads to deliver against real-time campaign needs and executive priorities. YOUR DAY-DAY: - Design and produce visuals and basic motion graphics across corporate social channels, the corporate website, executive presentations, and campaign reporting - amplifying key initiatives and communicating performance. - Maintain and update digital platforms, including the corporate website, press hubs, and campaign landing pages, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand standards. - Create cohesive visuals that adapt across formats, platforms, and audiences while preserving a distinctive, on-brand look and feel. - Translate data and insights into clear, compelling visual narratives for executive and stakeholder audiences. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, and Digital leads to support real-time campaign needs and executive visibility efforts. - Support content creation and performance storytelling across integrated communications, from concept through delivery. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working within established workflows, feedback cycles, and timelines. YOU HAVE: - Proven experience (4+ years) as a digital designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Spanish-language digital content experience preferred. - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, ideally within corporate communications, brand, or agency settings, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling with proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - A strong foundation in visual storytelling within a fast-paced, integrated communications environment. - The ability to think systematically across brand touchpoints and create cohesive visuals that adapt across different formats and audiences. - The ability to translate data and insights into clear, compelling visual narratives for executive and stakeholder audiences. - An understanding of how corporate communications teams operate - how campaigns are amplified, how performance informs creative decisions, and how brand consistency is maintained across multiple platforms. - Willing to work from our Bogota, Colombia offices TelevisaUnivision is an equal opportunity employer.
