Responsibilities

  • Produce a filling schedule based on information from SAP software
  • Produce a blowing schedule to match the filling schedule
  • Check all packaging materials from external sources to match the filling schedules are available when required
  • Communicate filling and blowing schedules to production management in agreed formats
  • Monitor and record filling and blowmoulding production to check conformance to plan and issue accordingly
  • Plan promotions within approved volume and target dates

  • Reducing stock and componentry write off's by working in conjunction with the product change co-ordinators to create effective planning of new product launches, supersessions and run out of discontinued products
