As a Warehouse Operative based in Altens , you'll be responsible for: General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries involves manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch. Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations. Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude. This is a full time, permanent role working 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 08:00am and 17:00pm and on a rota basis, working 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am- 13:00pm. And here's what we'd like you to have: Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training Previous face to face sales and customer service experience.
