About the role
As a Recovery Navigator , you'll play a crucial role in guiding individuals toward recovery, offering tailored support, and coordinating services for their well-being. - Working collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and well-being outcomes for individuals.
- To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:
- Substance misuse background
- Mental health background
- Criminal justice background
- A relevant academic background such as Criminology, Psychology, Law or Sociology
- A strong portfolio of volunteering in a similar role
- Case management experience and the ability to manage expectations in this emotionally demanding role are highly valued for their contributions to our mission of consistent, high-quality care.
