- Champion a fast-paced, high-quality hiring process , ensuring speed without compromising candidate experience

- Continuously stay on top of emerging technologies, hiring trends, and talent acquisition innovations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior / Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant
- Strong background in executive search (headhunting) , with experience closing senior and leadership roles
- Demonstrated success hiring within:
- Robotics / AI / automation
- Automotive or advanced manufacturing
- Operations and industrial environments
- Track record of closing complex, business-critical roles in competitive talent markets
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and robotics ecosystems , including engineering and operations leadership roles
- Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates
- Experience using modern recruitment tools , including ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
