Project Engineer

About the role

Plan, prepare and schedule work sequences for construction operation, the Project Management Plan and Master Construction Programme Attend project interview, site meetings and assist with determination of project requirements Planning, ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment and manage workers. To ensure works carried out meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements Responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for all projects Assist the project manager with on and off-site meetings and resolve any technical issues/difficulties that may arise on site To coordinate & liaise with site personnel, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, customers and team member for all project matters To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule, preparation of daily records, monthly progress claims and monthly site progress reports. Coordinate with consultants on the day-to-day inspection on-site and resolve discrepancies and other detailing problems in the construction works with the consultants and superiors Follow up inspection and ensure compliance to all authorities' rules and requirements. Responsible and prepare all method statements, drawings, safe work procedure and risk assessments Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management. Responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
