Air-Con Technician

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning units following safety and quality standards to ensure proper functioning.
• Service air conditioning systems by diagnosing issues and performing maintenance to optimize performance.
• Repair air conditioning units by identifying faults and applying appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 to 4 technicians to complete jobs efficiently according to project size.
• Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving job requirements.
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Possess a Class 3 driving license to support job-related transportation needs.
• Other Information
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 3pm. Overtime will be compensated if applicable.
• Office location: Next to Paya Lebar MRT.
