As a Digital & Tech Communication Assistant, your core mission is to turn complex product and technology information into clear, compelling content tailored to hotel audiences - people who are experts in hospitality, not in tech. This role is as much about substance as it is about style. We are looking for someone who takes the time to truly understand what they write about, and who delivers content that is accurate, accessible, and actionable. You will develop a solid understanding of our products, build relationships across a complex organization, and bring real initiative to the table. Your mission : Content Creation & Communication - 80% of the role Build end-to-end communications from Go-To-Market Manager briefs - from framing and copywriting to translation (EN/FR) and design - ensuring every piece is relevant, well-structured, and visually polished Write clear, engaging content tailored to non-technical hotel audiences : newsletters, internal communications, intranet posts Identify the right information to surface and present it in a way that drives understanding and action Channel Strategy & Exploration - 10% of the role Proactively explore new communication channels and formats to extend our reach Animate existing distribution channels (intranet, newsletters, webinars) to drive consistent engagement Monitor channel performance and propose improvements based on results Enablement Support - 10% of the role Contribute to the creation of enablement materials (guides, decks, toolkits) helping hotel teams adopt and make the most of our digital products Ensure all content complies with editorial standards and brand guidelines And you ? Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1 or M2) at a Business School, with a specialization in Communication or Digital A first meaningful experience in content creation or communication is required Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French - C2 Level Strong ability to synthesize complex information and make it accessible to a non-technical audience Curious and rigorous: you dig into topics before writing about them, and you care about getting things right Solid design sensibility: you know how to make content look good without losing the message Business-minded, with a natural service orientation toward internal clients Organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple content streams simultaneously Genuine interest in digital products and the hospitality industry Accor dares to impact: - the world Accor is committed to the world around us, with a strong employer culture focused on the development of our 300,000 talents.
