Responsibilities

  • Strategically drive operational efficiency by architecting automation and AI requirements with the business and coordinating execution with IT, translating operational needs into technical solutions without building them yourself

  • Respond to ad hoc requests flowing into the sales operations group from various teams, regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and general support
  • Your Toolkit:
  • Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Experience architecting automation and AI solutions to drive operational efficiency
  • 3-5+ years of previous Sales Operations experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite. Advanced level Excel skills preferred.
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce.com required.
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.
  • Approach and address issues with creative solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines.

Reporting to our Director of Sales Operations, we're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and creative individual to support a variety of sales related programs and initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia. You are a strategic operator who will drive operational efficiency by architecting automation and AI requirements with the business and coordinating execution with IT, translating operational needs into technical solutions without building them yourself The Sales Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with several organizations at Illumio (including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and support) with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. The role will be instrumental in enabling sales, channel, and marketing teams to work efficiently and effectively within our tool stack by automating processes, providing general database and program support, and evaluating various sales performance indicators. Additionally, the Sales Operations Manager will oversee pipeline management and collaborate closely with sales leaders to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and implementing strategies to support both the sales organization as well as other teams related to the lead to cash process.
