What You Can Expect : - Manage end-to-end air freight pricing activities , including spot quotes, tenders, and ad-hoc requests - Analyze market rates and airline service levels to ensure competitive and profitable pricing - Maintain and continuously update rate databases and pricing tools - Coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal buying conditions - Support sales and operations teams with timely and accurate pricing solutions - Monitor pricing performance, margin development, and hit ratios against defined targets - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and rate improvements - Ensure pricing compliance with company guidelines, customer agreements, and market standards - Participate in internal pricing reviews, procurement initiatives, and process improvements - Contribute to achieving commercial and operational KPIs through proactive pricing support What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the air freight industry, ideally in pricing or operations - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commercial or execution-focused role - Familiarity with market rates, procurement, and airline service levels - Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken). Any additional language is highly appreciated and considered a strong asset
