Business Analytics Manager - Healthcare - Degree - Kallang - 5 Days - Up To $8.5K + AWS + VB - 4461

Responsibilities

• Business Performance Management
• Analyse sales performance, profitability, inventory and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Prepare regular business reviews and presentations for senior management
• Customer & Commercial Analytics
• Analyse customer purchasing patterns, buying behaviours and product utilisation trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop customer segmentation models based on revenue, specialty, purchasing frequency and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, cross-selling and account penetration.
• Support the Sales and Operations teams with customer insights and data-driven strategies.
• Conduct pricing, product, and customer profitability analyses to support commercial decision-making.
• Strategic Planning & Business Partnering
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Prepare business cases and financial models to evaluate new products, tenders and investment opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Regulatory teams to support business objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to management to support decision-making and business growth.
• Data Management & Process Improvement
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and governance of business data across systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline business process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in business analytics, commercial finance, business intelligence, or strategic planning, preferably within the medical device, healthcare or distribution industry.
• Proven experience in a managerial role with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft is an advantage.
• Able to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
