Responsibilities
- A. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding: prepare contracts and onboarding packs, coordinate system access and IT equipment, process final pay inputs, revoke access, and issue certificates of employment
- Administer leave and attendance management: maintain leave records, process applications, and reconcile monthly attendance reports

- Manage facilities across all Singapore locations: maintenance, repairs, PTW applications, aircon servicing, store room organisation, and act as WSH Champion
- Process recurring vendor payments (utilities, cleaning, printing, pest control, BD vendors), procure office supplies and promotional materials, and maintain inventory records
- Lead the Somerset office and offline center relocation - logistics, vendor coordination, utilities applications, and stakeholder communications
- Handle company correspondence, couriers, visitor arrangements, basic IT support, photocopier management, and support All Hands meetings, team-building activities, and admin budgeting
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min. 1-2 years of HR operations or generalist HR experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered
- Exposure to payroll processing, HRIS, or HR systems administration is a plus
- Multi-site or education sector experience is an advantage
- Skills & Competencies
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive and resourceful - able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous
- Comfortable handling confidential employee data with discretion
- Basic IT literacy: MS Office 365, HRIS/payroll systems, system access administration
- High sense of ownership; comfortable working across multiple locations and functions
