Taiwan Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Cricut's marketing strategy for Taiwan, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales
• Lead digital-first marketing initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and community building
• Build and manage relationships with local influencers, content creators, and community leaders
• Plan and execute always-on social media presence across key platforms
• Shape paid media strategy and provide creative direction while working with agencies or partners
• Partner with retail and e-commerce teams to develop co-marketing programs and in-store activations
• Plan and execute offline activations including events, workshops, and retail experiences
• Create and adapt locally relevant content for Taiwan audiences
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance
• Manage marketing budgets with strong ROI focus
• Serve as the local market expert

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years marketing experience
• Proven experience in Taiwan market
• Strong social media and content experience
• Experience managing influencer partnerships
• Understanding of paid media platforms
• Familiarity with Taiwan e-commerce platforms
• Strong analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
