Liaise with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders on payroll matters and employee queries. Assist in employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance handling. Liaise with institutions for internship collaborations and recruitment initiatives. Support performance appraisal, training and HR administration. Review and support updates to HR policies, procedures and employee handbook. Ensure compliance with Employment Act and statutory requirements. Monitor HR-related costs and support HR administrative reporting. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
