Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will:
• Drive Multi-Site Operational Excellence: Oversee core Records and Information Management (RIM) activities-including retrieval, scanning, and racking-across 4-5 facilities while optimizing manpower to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Manage Performance and Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and facility scorecards by analyzing complex data through Management Information Systems (MIS) and Google Sheets to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead Team and Client Success: Direct a combined team of in-house staff and outsourced vendors to strictly maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs), while effectively resolving client escalations.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have:
• 10+ years of experience in team leadership, with at least 3-5 years specifically managing multiple operational sites within the logistics or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, Records and Information Management (RIM) specialization, and high proficiency in Google Sheets and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
• Proven ability in analytical thinking, vendor management, and executing complex projects such as facility consolidations and migrations.
• A Graduate degree is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations is highly preferred.
