Responsibilities

  • As the Climate Action Data Analytics and Impact Lead, you will be a key leader in CASR's Climate Action Division, reporting directly to the Deputy Director. You will supervise one associate data analyst in support of this work.
  • Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
  • Impact Monitoring and Evaluation - Establishing KPIs, other metrics and data analysis tools (i.e., dashboards) to continuously monitor program performance and provide decision makers the ability to report and evaluate across programs/projects/investments.

  • Experience translating complex data into easily understandable visual representations
  • Strong data analytics experience with different platforms integrating different data sources
  • Solid knowledge of and experience in implementing data stewardship practices and processes
  • Experience building an architecture that integrates various pipelines and cloud environments
  • Supervisory experience in leading analysts to achieving organizational goals
  • Required Minimum Qualifications
  • Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer

Benefits

The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The starting pay for this position is $108,000.00 - $125,000.00 .
