We're seeking a passionate General Field Sales Professional to build and nurture valuable contractor relationships while driving business success through strategic field interactions. What will you do: Drive sales performance by developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned contractors through regular field visits and interactions Assess customer needs and recommend tailored products, services, and solutions to maximize business opportunities Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, bids, and proposals while conducting effective product demonstrations Identify and engage prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and foster repeat business Execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets within your assigned geographical territory What will make you successful: Proven track record in face-to-face and remote B2B sales with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and address contractor needs effectively Excellence in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations and proposals Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business opportunities Strong organizational and territory management capabilities
