Responsibilities

  • Collects and analyzes account pricing and distribution for Stanley 1913 and competitive brands.
  • Understands retailer & distributor margin and pricing expectations by partnering with Sales team .
  • Analyzes and track potential impact of pricing exceptions on channel / region.
  • New Product Launches
  • Serves as Channel/sales voice on the development of launch strategy.
  • Serves as customer voice in product development meetings.
  • Works with Product development team to complete forecast tools.
  • Participates in the development of new item launch and training materials.
  • Creates customer and category selling solutions for our customers.
  • Commercial Development
  • Partner with Ops/Data Analytics team - develops a consistent drumbeat to report sell through data across channels to the organization to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Sales team and Ops/Data analytics - create action plans and capitalize on sales opportunities based on the analysis.
  • Leadership
  • Assist Director, Commercial to build and lead a high-performing commercial team. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enable them to achieve their goals and maximize their potential. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver superior customer value.

Position Overview: The Senior Manager, Commercial will lean into cross-functional collaboration to execute a holistic marketplace management strategy that will include a consumer first mindset, clear segmentation, product franchise management and an omni channel approach. The Senior Manager, Commercial work closely with Director, Commercial to responsible for three key deliverables: 1) Product segmentation plans 2) channel differentiation strategy and 3) deliver profitable growth in APAC. I.e., driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing profitability across the APAC region. This role will require a broader strategic vision, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the diverse markets and retail landscape within APAC. This role reports to Director, Commercial APAC.
