Responsibilities
- Lead the hotel's overall commercial strategy, aligning sales, marketing, events, rooms, and food & beverage initiatives to drive revenue and long-term success.

- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related industry, with a solid understanding of commercial strategy and revenue management.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and building strong team culture.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging clients, partners, media, and team members alike.
- Comfortable working with data, forecasting, and budgets, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Tech-savvy and confident using hotel and business systems, including Opera and Microsoft Office platforms.
- A natural connector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings energy, creativity, and curiosity to the role.
- Previous experience in a Director of Sales & Marketing role is an asset.
