About the role

The Executive Assistant II provides a dministrative and general office support. Supports efforts in implementing business strategy, mission, plans and goals. Conducts basic research, drafts reports , handles information requests. Other duties may be assigned. Assists and maintains e xecutive calendars with increased complexity , schedul es appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinates and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring efficient use of time. Prepares meeting agendas, materials, and presentations a s required . Provides comprehensive administrative support to team, including drafting and proofreading correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations. Handles incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate . Maintains an organized filing system for documents, records, and correspondence. Handles sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Ensures compliance with privacy regulations and company policies. Assists in the coordination and execution of special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned. Conduct s research, gather s data, and prepare s reports or presentations as required . EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree a nd t wo to four ( 2-4 ) years relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus . Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
