Accounting Manager (Based in HCMC)

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an Accounting Manager role with full ownership.
• Multi-entity, cross-border accounting experience (Vietnam + Singapore / Hong Kong / regional).
• Big 4 background (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG) OR in-house Accounting Manager at an MNC / regional group.
• IFRS proficiency alongside Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) - including the VAS ↔ IFRS bridge in practice.
• Strong tax expertise: CIT, VAT, WHT, PIT, transfer pricing across VN and SG; comfortablecomfort engaging tax authorities and external advisors.
• Demonstrated audit fulfillment experience as auditee-side counterpart for Big 4.
• People management experience - at least 2 years leading 3+ direct reports.
• ACCA, CPA Vietnam, or CPA Australia qualified.
• Strong professional English - written and verbal
• Professional integrity and ability to work directly with regulators, auditors, and senior leadership.
