Frontline Ecosystem Strategy Co-op

Responsibilities

• At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
• How you'll succeed
• Project Support - Assist in the management and delivery of strategic projects, contributing to planning, documentation, and execution.
• Data Gathering and Analysis - Help collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Reporting and Documentation - Support the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and work packages for leadership and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with team members, regional partners, and business leaders to gather information and share insights.
• Learning and Development - Participate in training and seek feedback to build your skills and understanding of the frontline ecosystem.

Requirements

• You're eager to learn. You're pursuing post-secondary education and are motivated to gain hands-on experience in project management, strategy development, and business analysis.
• You have strong analytical skills . You're comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and can analyze spreadsheets and data to support project outcomes.
• You're adaptable. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can shift priorities as projects evolve.
• You're a strong communicator. You can share information clearly and work effectively with diverse teams.
