EB China Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quotations of mechanical seals and supply systems for project and dry gas seal (DGS) businesses and providing technical support to relevant sales personnel.
• Carry out daily tasks in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide technical training to customers or sales team, attend technical clarification meeting based on demands.
• Cooperation with Headquarters in Germany in terms of technical and commercial issues.
• Internal coordination with other departments within the company (incl. Dalian factory).
• Prepare DGS documentation based on customers' requirements, e.g. combination of technical documents such as drawing, test report & operating manual.
• Clean Order package & technical clarification for orders entry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical, chemical, fluid or material related major is required.
• 3-5 years of application, design or other related working experience. Project execution/management experience is preferred.
• Working experience in centrifugal pump or rotating equipment or mechanical seal industry.
• Fluent in oral English and good at written English.
• Familiar with WS office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fast learning skill.
• Good with data and analysis.
• Optimistic, proactive, and results oriented.
• Team player, cooperative.
• Willing to travel.
• Hard working and independent working.
• Able to work under pressure and challenge.
