[What you will be working on] This role supports the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in a specialized capacity, focusing on contributing to the development and maintenance of critical technological infrastructure and services. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable government digital solutions. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities for new and existing systems to ensure high performance and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various applications and platforms, resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures to maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development lifecycle. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions. [What are we looking for] Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, system administration, or technical support roles. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
